Diesel Mechanic (4x4 Vehicles)

Recruitment 24/7 has partnered with a reputable 4x4 workshop in Wacol who are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their team. This is a temporary position starting from 10/04/2025, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Position: Diesel Mechanic (4x4 Vehicles)

Start Date: 10/04/2025

Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)

Rate: To be discussed based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on 4x4 diesel vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Complete services including engine repairs, brake systems, and suspension work.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Trade Qualification (Preferred): Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or similar.
• Experience (Alternative to Qualification): Consideration will be given to candidates with extensive experience in the diesel mechanic field, particularly with 4x4 vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and safety standards.
