Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an Administrator/ Office Allrounder in our Newtown Ipswich based office.

Our office hours are 8:24am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (38-hour week). This role commences on an ongoing casual basis, with the potential to advance to a permanent after a qualifying period.

No experience is required, however, excellent communication, organisational and computer skills will serve you well in learning this role. All training will be provided.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative tasks.
  • Reference checks.
  • Candidate sourcing: Phone screening, database updating, social media advertising.
  • Booking interviews and office appointments.
  • Social media.

    Requirements for this position:
  • Drivers licence (or working towards).
  • Well presented to work in an office environment.
  • Be friendly and professional
