Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Ipswich based team.

No experience is required for this position, but you must be keen, motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Our office hours are 8:24am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (38 hour working week).

Proficient administrative and customer service skills will serve you well in learning this role.

Duties include once trained to do so:

  • Screening applications.
  • Candidate reference checks.
  • Sourcing candidates for vacancies.
  • Filling vacancies.
  • Client liaison.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Determining job requirements.
  • Business development/marketing.

    No experience? That’s okay!; we will train you and provide you with all the guidance and mentoring as needed!

    This is a diverse position that requires you to be organized, confident and well-presented.

    A drivers licence is required to perform all duties of this role
