Recruitment 24/7 has a new vacancy for a Fleet/General Administrator for our client based in Wacol.

Our client is a leader in tree vegetation maintenance, offering council and commercial services throughout QLD.

Monday to Friday workdays 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Pay rate will vary dependent on the experience of the candidate.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • administration support (data entry, filing, record-keeping, etc)
  • customer service and inquiries
  • purchase orders and goods receipting tasks
  • coordinating the scheduling and maintenance of vehicle fleet (monitoring compliance regulations, internal processes, audits, etc)
  • onboarding and training of new drivers regarding documentation and certificates
  • provide support to the broader operations team as required

What is required:

  • Experience in administration/fleet/clerical tasks/environments
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
