Maintenance Fitter

Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for a Maintenance Fitter for our client at Wacol. Our client is one of Australia's most reputable building products manufacturing companies.

We are seeking a candidate with experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a Manufacturing/Production environment. A permanent role may be on offer after a successful qualifying period.

This role is afternoon shift, beginning at 12:00pm and finishing at 8:00pm. Payrate for this position will be determined based on skills and experience.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a trade qualification
• Have sound knowledge of practical problem-solving skills including the ability to develop solutions, fault find, troubleshoot and implement continuous improvement
• Have previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
