Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Recruitment 24/7 is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Civil Plant Operator to join a dedicated team supporting roads and drainage maintenance in Rosewood. If you’re confident behind the controls of civil machinery and enjoy working outdoors in a team environment, this opportunity offers consistent hours and the chance to make a real impact in your community.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate civil plant machinery for road and drainage maintenance
• Support civil crews with general civil maintenance works across the Rosewood area
• Perform routine plant operation duties as required
• Driving MR Crew Truck on occasion (if licensed)

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re after reliable, experienced operators who take pride in their work and meet the following criteria:

• Valid Civil Plant tickets (e.g. Bobcat, Skid Steer, Grader, Loader, Dozer, Excavator)
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction and/or machinery operation
• MR Truck Licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to pass a fitness assessment
• Able to pass a Criminal History Check and Drug & Alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to Rosewood Depot for a 6:15 AM start
