💰 Pay Rate: $32.00–$33.00/hr (casual, based on experience)
🕑 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
📆 Start Date: Immediate start available

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join a busy manufacturing team in Carole Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent full-time hours and the chance to secure a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and feeding materials into machines
• Blending dry powders
• Unloading containers
• Filling, packing, and preparing bags for dispatch
• Stacking finished product bags onto pallets
• General cleaning and machine maintenance
• Operating a forklift (if licenced)

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and able to pass a fitness test
• Comfortable lifting 20kg+ bags and performing repetitive manual tasks
• Previous labouring experience is a plus, but not essential
• Forklift licence is desirable but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
