📋 About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Client’s team in Willowbank, QLD. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site by providing exceptional administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visitors.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for site enquiries and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and documentation.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control.
- Prepare and distribute site forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain leave records, process leave forms, and update calendars in SharePoint & 6Cloud.
- Collate, verify, and enter employee timesheets and machine hours into the database daily.
- Order and maintain site stock, including stationery, consumables, staff amenities, and PPE.
- Ensure PPE registers and uniform orders are accurate and up to date.
- Create and issue purchase orders for site staff and contractors.
- Maintain and update the fleet maintenance database.
- Liaise with management and operations teams to provide administrative support and reporting.
🗂️ Skills & Experience
- Proven administration experience – similar industry experience (site, mining, construction, or industrial) is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced or remote environment
