Pay Rate: $40–$45/hr (casual, based on experience & skill level)
Hours: Full-time, ongoing. Monday to Friday, 6:30am start. (optional Saturday work)

👷🏻 About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Combo Operator with experience across roller, excavator, and bobcat operations to join our dynamic civil construction team. This is a hands-on role with full-time hours and the potential for long-term placement for the right candidate.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Civil road construction and maintenance
• Labouring and surface rolling
• Operating 5–30 tonne excavators and skid steer loaders
• Supporting the site foreman with daily tasks

✅ What You’ll Need
• Valid Roller, Excavator, and Bobcat tickets
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport for early starts
• Proven experience operating all three machines confidently
• GPS operation experience (a bonus, not essential)
