What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the team to harvest and process produce, in accordance with food safety standards
  
• Assist with picking and packing of fresh produce in preparation for supply and distribution
  
• Follow all instructions and directions ensuring work efficiency to ensure seasonal demand is met

  What We’re Looking For
  
  ✔ No experience required – all relevant training will be provided
  
  ✔ Switched on, keen and motivated attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  
  ✔ Fit and healthy – capable of working outdoors in the heat (experience preferred)
  
  ✔ Horticultural interest or industry experience (desirable and highly regarded)
  
  ✔ Experience in farming or harvesting of fresh produce (not mandatory, but advantageous)
