Pay Rate: Casual – $35.14/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm (flexible)
Start Date: Immediate start available

About the Role
We’re seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Site Administrator to join our client’s team in Willowbank. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by delivering high‑quality administrative support and being the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors while managing all site enquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and documentation.
- Complete daily administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control.
- Prepare and distribute site forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain leave records, process leave requests, and update calendars in SharePoint and 6Cloud.
- Collate, verify, and enter staff timesheets and machine hours into the database each day.
- Order and manage stock levels for stationery, consumables, PPE, and staff amenities.
- Maintain accurate PPE registers and uniform order records.
- Create and issue purchase orders for staff and contractors.
- Update and track information in the fleet maintenance database.
- Provide administrative support and reporting to management and operations teams.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience essential; industry experience in construction, mining or industrial (highly regarded but not required)
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and SharePoint - specifically Excel Spreadsheets (mandatory)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Understanding of WHS and site compliance processes
- Ability to work independently, without supervision, in a fast-paced or remote site environment
- Fit and Healthy - ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing
