Position: Administration Officer

Employment Type: Casual

Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible between 7:00am – 6:30pm (Full-time hours available)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Ipswich Region

Role Overview

Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking a Casual Administration Officer for an immediate start with a local client. This role requires someone with strong general administrative and taxation experience who can handle a busy office environment. MYOB experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing general administration duties such as filing, data entry, and customer service
  • Assisting with taxation-related tasks including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and general accounts processing
  • Handling phone and email communication
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Using MYOB software when required (preferred but not essential)

Skills & Experience Required

  • Administration experience essential
  • Taxation or accounts-related experience
  • MYOB experience desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible full-time hours Monday to Friday
  • Available to start ASAP
