🌿 Field Worker – Immediate Start

Location: Various sites across Southeast Queensland

Rate: $43.04/hr (Casual)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:15am – 3:15pm

Type: Temporary Full-Time (Initial 6-week contract with potential extension)

We’re seeking motivated and reliable Field Workers to join a dynamic outdoor team. If you enjoy physical work, thrive in a team environment, and want consistent hours with great pay, this opportunity is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Lawn mowing and brush cutting
• Litter collection and site tidying
• Operating backpack blowers
• Supporting general maintenance duties
• Driving MR Crew Truck (if licensed)

✅ What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A valid C Class Driver’s Licence
• MR Truck Licence (preferred but not essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Physical fitness to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to complete a P2 respirator mask fit test
• Clean Criminal History and Drug & Alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to reach various depots by 6:15am
