  Current & Upcoming Roles
  
  We are taking Expressions of Interest for:
  
  🔹 High Reach Forklift Operators
  
• High Reach forklift operation in tight warehouse areas
  
• Production line forklift feeding
  
• RF scanning and accurate stock movement
  
• Loading/unloading trucks
  
• Must have 2–3 years experience minimum
  
  🔹 Production Line Forklift Drivers
  
• Fast-paced line supply
  
• Moving materials safely around active production areas
  
• Stock replenishment and RF scanning
  
• Strong safety awareness required
  
  🔹 Food Process Workers
  
• Batch prep, mixing, machine operation
  
• Handling ingredients and finished goods
  
• Fast, repetitive tasks requiring consistency
  
• Strict hygiene and food safety standards
  
  🔹 Pick-Packers
  
• Accurate order picking
  
• RF scanning
  
• Packing, labelling, palletising
  
• Must maintain speed and accuracy
  
  🔹 Stackers & Labourers
  
• Repetitive stacking of 20–25kg items
  
• Manual handling throughout the shift
  
• Physical fitness essential
  
  🔹 Production Line Workers
  
• Line monitoring
  
• Packing and stacking products
  
• Quality checks
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

  What We Need From You
  
  These roles require people who turn up, work hard, follow direction, and take safety seriously.
  
  Mandatory (Depending on Role):
  
• Current LF forklift licence (for forklift positions)
  
• High Reach experience (for HR roles)
  
• RF scanning experience
  
• Physically fit—comfortable lifting 25kg+
  
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehousing is preferred
  
  Non Negotiables:
  
• Excellent attendance – if you don’t show up, you won’t last
  
• Punctuality – be on site and ready to work
  
• Hard work ethic – able to handle production pace
  
• Team attitude – reliable, respectful, and positive
  
• Safety-first mindset – absolutely no shortcuts
  
  If you cannot commit to consistent attendance or early starts, these roles will not be suitable.
