Recruitment 24/7 is seeking an experienced and reliable Asphalt Labourer to join our client’s hardworking team in Karalee, Queensland. This role offers consistent hours, a supportive environment, and strong potential for long-term placement.

📍 Location:

Karalee, Queensland

💰 Pay Rate:

Casual – $36.00 per hour
(Higher rates available based on experience & tickets)

🕒 Hours:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 7:00 am–5:00 pm

📆 Start Date:

Immediate / ASAP

📄 Employment Type:

Casual, Temporary – with potential for permanent placement

🔧 Key Responsibilities

As part of the asphalt crew, your duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces (sweeping and cleaning)
• Spreading and levelling hot asphalt
• Operating machinery including vibe plates and jackhammers
• Assisting with loading/unloading tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite

📋 What We’re Looking For

Mandatory:

• White Card

Preferred (advantageous but not essential):

• Skid Steer Ticket
• Roller Ticket
