Recruitment 24/7 is seeking experienced Production Line Workers, Food Process Workers and Pick Packers for our Client’s busy manufacturing operations and food manufacturing facilities in Carole Park. These roles suit candidates who can work quickly, follow direction, and uphold quality requirements while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Production Line Worker

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring production lines
• Packing and stacking products
• Conducting quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Pick Packers

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accurate order picking
• RF scanning
• Packing, labelling, and palletising
• Maintaining speed and accuracy throughout the shift

Food Process Workers

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Batch preparation and mixing
• Machine operation
• Handling ingredients and finished goods
• Fast, repetitive tasks requiring consistency
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

What We Need From You:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production (highly regarded)
• Experience with use of RF scanners (preferred and advantageous)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 25kg+
• Comfortable with laborious and repetitive manual handling
• Ability to work under pressure, in fast-paced environments
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol and Criminal History screening
• Willing to commit to ongoing, full time hours
• Reliable transport to Carole Park for early starts or late finishes
