Warehouse Storeperson – Full Time

Location: Ipswich
Pay Rate:

• $37.25 per hour + superannuation (without forklift licence)
• $38.52 per hour + superannuation (with forklift licence)

Recruitment 24/7 is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Storepersons to join our client’s expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long‑term, stable position with a well‑established national supplier.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will play an important role in supporting smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations. Duties include:

• Re‑stocking and rotating products
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, yard, and amenities
• Following all Workplace Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility regulations
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Providing professional, customer‑focused service
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications & Licences

Required

• Current Forklift Licence (for higher rate)
• Current Open Manual Driver’s Licence
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items (with assistance)
• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa

Desirable

• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations

Experience & Skills

Required

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker / Storeperson
• Understanding of modern warehouse practices and procedures
• Strong organisation and time management skills

Desirable

• Analytical thinking and ability to adapt to workload changes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive team environment
