HR Driver – Casual Position Depending on experience

Pay Rate: Above award

Recruitment 24/7 is seeking a reliable and safety focused HR Driver to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing casual work with a reputable and well established company.

About the Role

As an HR Driver, you will play an essential role in supporting daily transport and site operations. Duties include:

• Operating HR vehicles safely and efficiently
  
• Completing pre start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
  
• Transporting materials and equipment between sites as required
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  
• Following all Workplace Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility regulations
  
• Assisting with general laboring or site duties when required
  
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members
  
  This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications & License'

• Current HR Driver’s Licence
  
• Demonstrated experience driving HR vehicles
  
• Sound understanding of CoR and safe driving practices
  
• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa
  
• White Card

Desirable

• Experience in civil, construction, or industrial environments
  
• VOCs or additional machinery tickets

Experience & Skills

Required

• Proven experience as an HR Driver
  
• Strong understanding of safe work and transport practices
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
  
• Reliable, punctual, and safety driven
  
  Desirable
  
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Positive attitude and professional presentation
