Office Cleaner & General Outdoor cleaner – Waste Management Industry

Employment Type: Casual – 3 days per week
Hours: 6:00am start, 6‑hour shifts
Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour (Cleaning Award)
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner & General Outdoor Cleaner to join our team within a busy waste management facility. This role suits someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe work environments and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of site facilities including offices, amenities, and common areas
• General outdoor tidying and upkeep of the yard and surrounding areas
• Assisting with basic site and grounds maintenance
• Safe handling and disposal of waste materials
• Supporting the team with general labouring duties
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, hazard‑free workspace

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and around waste management operations
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Previous cleaning or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
• Able to follow instructions and work safely at all times
