    About the Role

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join the team at the dynamic Parts Distribution Centre in Wacol. This role is pivotal in supporting operations through accurate processing of Ship Direct orders, managing local and international shipments, and preparing non-inventory purchase orders.     Key Responsibilities

    Receiving (70%)
    • Process Ship Direct orders and vendor invoices in IDS
    • Queue and receipt international and local shipments
    • Monitor shipment ETAs and update system records
    • Identify and report discrepancies between ordered and received items
    • Assist with vendor parts/core returns
    • Create and maintain non-inventory purchase orders

    Adhoc Support (20%)
    • Support product administration (e.g., engine transport)
    • Provide clerical support: filing, scanning, mail handling
    • Collaborate with internal teams as needed

    General Duties (10%)
    • Participate in training and development activities
    • Contribute to OH&S and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Skills & Experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Understanding of parts warehousing principles
    • Familiarity with IDS system and client-specific product range (advantageous)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Compliance & Safety
    • Adhere to client’s HSE and TQM policies
    • Maintain safe conduct and uphold duty of care
    • Support continuous improvement in health, safety, and quality standards
    • Comply with ethical conduct, risk management, and internal controls
