Job Opportunity: MC Truck Driver

Pay Rate: $39.05/hr, Casual

We are seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our Client’s busy team. The role involves safe operation of MC trucks, transporting materials and machinery, and completing all required documentation. If you’re reliable, experienced and committed to safe work practices, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with strong conditions.

- Key Duties

• Safely operate MC trucks as required
• Transport materials, machinery, and equipment
• Load and unload using equipment or manual handling
• Ensure correct load restraint and legal mass limits
• Complete pre‑start and post‑trip checks
• Follow all WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Maintain logbooks and timesheets
• Report hazards, incidents, and vehicle defects
• Keep vehicles clean and well‑presented
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and site staff
• Assist with general labouring when required

- What You’ll Need

Skill and Experience

• Proven and recent MC truck driving experience
• Knowledge of Queensland Transport Compliance
• Experience loading/unloading plant operating machinery
• Strong safety focus
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Mandatory Requirements

• Current MC Licence
• Construction Induction White Card
• Additional operating tickets such as Forklift, Loader etc (not mandatory, advantageous)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Capacity to carry out general labouring duties as required
• Pre‑employment medical or drug and alcohol testing may apply
