Pay Rates: $31.18–$37.35 per hour (casual, based on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Part‑time with on‑call shifts available Monday–Sunday

• Chefs (qualified or experienced)
• Waitstaff
• Baristas
• Kitchen Hands
• Bar Attendants
• Food & Beverage Attendants / Runners
• Front of House Staff

What We’re Looking For

To excel in these positions, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Commercial Cookery Certification (for chefs – preferred but not essential)
• Relevant hospitality certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Professional presentation and strong hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work at short notice across varied shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
