Pay Rate: Casual – competitive rates of up to $35.00/hr (dependent on skills/experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (hours vary depending on workload)

About the Role:

As a Chicken Farm Labourer, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day care and management of poultry, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and farm hygiene.

Duties include:

• Feeding and watering birds
• Collecting and grading eggs (if applicable)
• Shed cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Assisting with health checks, vaccinations, and treatments
• Humane culling of birds when required, following strict welfare protocols
• General Farm Upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment
• Willingness to handle poultry, including culling when necessary
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous farm or poultry experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
