Warehouse Storeperson – Full Time

Location: Ipswich
Pay Rate:

$37.25 per hour plus superannuation (without forklift licence)
$38.52 per hour Plus superannuation (with forklift licence)

Recruitment 24/7 is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Storepersons to join our client’s expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long‑term, stable position with a well‑established national supplier.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will play an important role in supporting smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations. Duties include:

Re‑stocking and rotating products
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, yard, and amenities
Following all Workplace Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility regulations
Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles
Providing professional, customer‑focused service
Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications & Licences

Required

Current Forklift Licence (for higher rate)
Current Open Manual Driver’s Licence
Physically capable of lifting heavy items (with assistance)
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa

Desirable

Certificate III in Warehousing Operations

Experience & Skills

Required

Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker / Storeperson
Understanding of modern warehouse practices and procedures
Strong organisation and time management skills

Desirable

Analytical thinking and ability to adapt to workload changes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive team environment
