Full Time casual – Construction Contract Builder

Recruitment 24/7 is proudly partnering with a well established construction contract builder to source an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman for ongoing projects across South East Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable work with a respected organisation offering competitive pay and long term prospects.

The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. You will be the key point of contact on site, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all on site construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project schedules, reporting progress to management, conducting site inductions, ensuring WHS compliance, interpreting plans and specifications, maintaining daily site records and documentation, and resolving issues promptly to keep the project on track.

We are seeking someone with proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing, excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple trades and tasks efficiently, and solid knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices. A White Card is mandatory, and additional tickets such as First Aid or High-Risk Work licences are highly regarded.

This role offers $45.00 per hour plus full entitlements, ongoing work with a reputable builder, a supportive team environment, opportunities for career growth, and exposure to a variety of projects across the region.
