Product Assembly Operator – Parkinson, QLD – ASAP Start

Pay Rate: $32.31/hr, Casual

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6.30am – 4.30pm (38 hours per week)

Employment Type: Temporary, with potential ongoing work

Location: Parkinson, QLD

We are currently seeking a reliable Product Assembly Operator to join our Clients busy Team. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable handling bulky items in a manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

• Wiring and assembly using hand tools
• Assembling steel and wooden (upholstered) chair components
• Gluing (minimal use)
• Boxing and packing finished chairs
• Manual handling of bulky items, including some heavy maneuvering
• Working to production and quality standards

Note: This role requires good physical strength and stamina.

Skills & Experience

• Ability to follow instructions with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Experience using hand tools
• Experience with wiring components highly regarded
• Some experience with steel and/or wood assembly (preferred, not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable with demonstrated good attendance

Whats On Offer

• Overtime on Fridays (if available and offered): 6:30am – 4:30pm
• Ongoing, reliable 38 hours per week
