Pay Rate: $35.00/hr (Casual) Flat Rate
Hours: Full-time, ongoing – Monday to Friday, 6.15am – 4.00pm
Employment Type: Temporary, casual
Start Date: Immediate/ASAP

Position Purpose:

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our Client’s team in Richlands, QLD. This role involves working across a range of commercial and residential sites, assisting with landscaping and property maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Carry out general landscaping and gardening tasks such as bush cutting, whipper snipping, spraying and weeding
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently as part of vegetation, garden and tree management
• Tractor slashing and mowing using zero-turn mowers
• Operating a posi-track machine (skid steer)
• Using mapping applications on a tablet for job tracking and site navigation
• Loading and unloading materials to support vegetation crews with site setup and pack-down as required, maintaining clean worksites.
• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently whilst upholding all workplace health and safety standards and environmental guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in landscape labouring
• Experience with tractor slashing and zero-turn mowers
• Ability to operate a posi-track (skid steer) machine
• Comfortable using tablet-based mapping systems
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• White Card (mandatory)
• Driver’s licence (essential)
