Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced and growing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment and is passionate about safety, efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and workflow to ensure efficient and safe performance
  
• Allocate tasks and provide ongoing support to warehouse team members
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in line with operational requirements
  
• Monitor order fulfilment and dispatch performance to meet service targets
  
• Receive, inspect, and accurately organise incoming stock
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy and actively participate in stocktakes
  
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards
  
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations
  
• Train, mentor, and support both new and existing team members
  
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and productivity
  
• Assist with day-to-day warehouse duties as required
  
  Required Experience & Skills
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
  
• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
  
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  
• Experience with inventory management and stock control processes
  
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems
  
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example
  
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
