About the Role
Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Office Administrator to join our Client's team based in Richlands. This is a diverse and autonomous role that will see you take ownership of key administrative functions while providing essential support to the wider business.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills, a professional communication style, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and directing incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Processing goods receipting and maintaining accurate records
- Invoice and Accounts processing
- Raising, tracking, and managing purchase orders
- Logging and recording customer queries and job requests
- Coordinating office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Lodging and monitoring Dial Before You Dig service location requests
- Assisting with document control, data entry, and reporting requirements
- Supporting internal teams with administrative processes and business operations
- Maintaining organised filing systems and ensuring administrative compliance
- Providing general office support and contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the business
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Senior Administration, Office Administration, or Office Coordinator position
- Proven experience using SAP Programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A professional and confident phone manner
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Industry experience will be highly regarded
