About the Role
Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our internal team based in Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and thrives on providing exceptional administrative support throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key role in supporting recruiters, candidates, and clients while ensuring all administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls and candidate enquiries
- Managing recruitment inboxes and responding to correspondence
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate appointments
- Processing candidate applications and maintaining recruitment databases
- Conducting reference checks and compliance checks
- Preparing employment documentation, onboarding paperwork, and contracts
- Data entry and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Assisting with advertising vacancies across various job platforms
- Supporting recruiters with daily administration tasks
- Maintaining employee and client records in internal systems
- Preparing reports and updating recruitment activity information
- Ensuring compliance documentation is completed and filed correctly
- Providing general office administration support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Support, HR Administrator, or Administration role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using recruitment, HR, or database systems will be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
