HR Truck Driver – Immediate Start – From $36.25/hr (Casual) - Rocklea, QLD

Position: HR Truck Driver
Location: Rocklea, QLD
Pay Rate: $36.25/hr (casual)
Hours: Runs commence between 4:30am and 8:00am, with finish times dependent on daily workload
Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: Immediate Start

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operate Heavy Rigid trucks to perform deliveries to site, including customer delivery
• Assist crew to unload materials upon arrival to site and/or location
• Dispatch daily to complete routine/planned delivery run
• Perform manual labour tasks including lifting and carrying to support the crew with all projected customer order deliveries
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials at the Warehouse for dispatch
• Assist in coordinating and preparing orders for custom delivery
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Hold a current HR truck licence and have proven experience
• Physically fit and able to safely lift over 16kg as part of daily manual handling
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working closely with an offsider and independently when required
• Reliable transport to Rocklea for early starts (Public transport is not available)
• Prior experience with deliveries, construction sites, or removalist work (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Valid Forklift Licence (not mandatory, highly regarded)
