Now Hiring: Experienced Truck Drivers

Recruitment 24/7 are currently seeking reliable licenced drivers for our Clients based in various locations across Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. There are multiple positions with immediate starts available for MR, HR, HC and Open Licenced (Manual) Drivers who are committed to ongoing work with full time hours.

These roles commence as ongoing casual positions, with work hours varying between 4.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. After a qualifying period, a permanent position may be offered based on your work performance, reliability and our Client’s needs at the time.

These positions require manual labouring duties, so it is essential that you are physically fit with the ability to pass a fit test and a drug and alcohol test.

You could be performing deliveries to customer or site based locations so a White Card is essential. A Forklift Licence would be beneficial, however not mandatory. You will need a clean driving record and must provide a Driver History Report of the last 5 years.

The casual pay rate is dependent on your experience and ranges between $34.79/hr and $38.48/hr for normal time hours worked.

What You’ll Need:

• Open (Manual) / MR / HR / HC Drivers Licence
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Forklift Licence (not mandatory, highly advantageous)
• Proven competency and driving ability (minimum 12 months experience)
• 5 Year Traffic History Report with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with no supervision, or closely with an offsider
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Fit, healthy and strong – ability to pass FIT test
• Own reliable transport for early starts (no public transport available)
