Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term employment.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and integrity of electrical systems across a variety of projects.

The successful applicant will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to safety, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  
• Carry out new electrical installations, renovations, maintenance, and fault-finding.
  
• Select, cut, and connect wires and cables to terminals and connectors.
  
• Use electrical and electronic testing equipment to diagnose faults.
  
• Repair and replace faulty wiring and defective components.
  
• Position and install electrical switchboards.
  
• Connect electrical systems to power supplies.
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication.
  
• Attend scheduled safety meetings and daily pre-start meetings.
  
• Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  
  Essential Requirements
  
  Current Electrical Licence
  
  Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
  
  Minimum 2 years' experience working within the solar industry (highly desirable and advantageous)
  
  Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  Commitment to workplace safety
  
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  Current Driver's Licence
