General Labourer - Property Maintenance

Pay Rate: $39.75 per hour

A growing property company is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in civil, building and property maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Current White Card
  
• Valid Moxy Ticket
  
• Valid Excavator Ticket
  
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
  
  Desirable:
  
• Previous labouring, civil construction, or property maintenance experience
  
• Ability to operate machinery confidently and safely
  
• Reliable transport and driver's licence
  
  Duties May Include:
  
• General labouring and site maintenance
  
• Operating Moxy and Excavator machinery
  
• Assisting with property development and maintenance projects
  
• Site clean-up and material handling
  
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
