About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas for our Client’s event in Ivory’s Rock. If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy creating a welcoming customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and counters
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Passion for coffee and customer service
