Casual pay rates are listed below :

Day shift - $44.16

Afternoon shift - $49.54

Night shift - $50.44

If you know your way around a production floor, can operate a forklift and aren’t afraid of a physical day’s work, we want to hear from you.

We’re building a strong production team for a busy manufacturing operation and have opportunities available for both casual and permanent Production Operators.

The site currently runs 24/5 and is expanding to 24/7 operations from November which means more shifts, more opportunities and the chance to get on board as the operation grows.

What will you actually be doing?

This isn't a job where every day is spent standing in one spot.

You'll be working across the production operation, including:

Operating production and manufacturing equipment

Using a forklift to move materials and finished product

Loading, unloading and moving stock around the site

Manual handling and physical production work

Monitoring production and keeping things moving

Completing basic quality checks

Keeping your work area clean and safe

Working with your crew to hit production targets

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for people who are reliable, physically fit and ready to work.

You'll ideally bring:

Forklift experience/capability – current forklift licence highly regarded

Previous manufacturing or production experience

Experience in warehousing, processing, logistics or another industrial environment will also be considered

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive/manual tasks

A strong safety focus

Flexibility to work shift work

A good attitude and willingness to learn

About the roster

The operation currently runs 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (24/5) and will move to 24/7 production from November.

You'll need to be comfortable working in an around-the-clock manufacturing environment and have flexibility around shift work.

If you're looking for strictly Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 work, this probably isn't the role for you.

But if you're comfortable with shift work and looking for an opportunity with a growing operation, we'd like to talk to you.
