Groundsman – Immediate Start – Multiple Locations, QLD

Pay Rate: $39.23/hr (casual)
Location: Bundamba & Springfield, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, full time hours
Start Date: Immediate start available
Employment Type: Temporary, casual

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our Client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining site to a high standard, ensuring grounds are safe, tidy, and well-presented at all times. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns and turf areas
• Pruning, trimming, and general garden maintenance
• Weed control and mulching
• Operating and maintaining groundskeeping machinery and equipment
• Rubbish removal and site clean-up
• Planting trees, shrubs, and gardens as required
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, or a similar role preferred
• Ability to operate mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, and other outdoor equipment
• Driving ability and use of trailer
• Strong work ethic and physical fitness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

What You’ll Need

• Current driver's licence (MR Licence preferred)
• White Card
• Certificate III Horticulture
• Current QLD Police Check
• Blue Card
