Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $37.64/hr (Casual)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and physically fit Labourers to undertake litter collection and sandbag filling duties at a large industrial site in Willowbank. This is a short-term assignment commencing Monday 28 September 2026 through to Friday 2 October 2026.

If you enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable performing physically demanding work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting litter and rubbish from site grounds
• Walking through grassy and treed areas to remove waste
• Filling and moving sandbags
• Maintaining site cleanliness and presentation
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of being on your feet all day
• Able to perform repetitive bending, walking, lifting, and manual labour tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Fit for work and committed to maintaining a safe workplace
• Willing to undergo on-site Drug & Alcohol testing if required

Mandatory PPE

Applicants must supply and wear:

• Hi-Vis long sleeve shirt (jumper or jacket must be hi-vis)
• Long pants (shorts are not permitted)
• Steel capped safety boots (steel capped joggers are not permitted)
• Hard hat (preferred if available)

Task-specific PPE will be provided on site.
