Construction Carpenter - Casual Position

$62.50 per Hour

Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking experienced and motivated Construction Carpenters for casual positions with our client, working across a variety of construction sites throughout the Ipswich and Brisbane regions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team with consistent work available for the right candidates. Our client delivers a range of construction projects and is seeking skilled carpenters who are committed to producing high-quality work and maintaining safe work practices.

Duties Include:

• General carpentry and construction work
  
• Framing, fit-outs and finishing carpentry
  
• Reading and interpreting construction plans
  
• Installation of doors, windows, cladding and other building materials
  
• Formwork and structural carpentry
  
• Renovation and maintenance works
  
• Operating hand and power tools
  
• Working independently and as part of a team
  
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  
  To Be Successful You Will Have:
  
• Trade Qualification in Carpentry
  
• Previous construction industry experience
  
• Current White Card
  
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  
• Ability to read and interpret plans
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  
• Own tools preferred
  
• Reliable and positive attitude
  
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
