Leading Hand Labourer - Property Maintenance

Pay Rate: $39.75 per hour

Our client, a growing property company, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead by example, supervise a small crew, and assist with a range of civil, building, and property maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Current White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions
• Commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable

• Experience operating Excavators and Moxy trucks
• Experience in civil construction, property maintenance, or development projects
• Ability to coordinate and supervise site activities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Reliable transport

Duties May Include

• Leading and supervising a small team of labourers
• Operating Excavators and Moxy trucks where required
• Coordinating daily site activities and allocating tasks
• Assisting with property development and maintenance works
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining high-quality standards
• Site clean-up, material handling, and general labouring duties
• Liaising with management and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
