Dispatch & Warehouse Operator (Forklift Licence Desirable)

Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch & Warehouse Operator to join our client's busy team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  
• Checking outgoing goods for accuracy and quality
  
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  
• Booking freight and preparing dispatch documentation
  
• Managing stock movements and inventory records
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
  
• Liaising with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
  
  To Be Successful You Will Have:
  
• Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) highly desirable
  
• Experience operating a forklift is advantageous but not essential
