Production Manager & Maintenance Manager

Recruitment 24/7 has 2 x vacancies for a Experienced Production Manager and Maintenance Manager for our client based in the Western Suburbs Region.

Applicants who have had exposure to Lean or Competitive Manufacturing will be highly regarded. This is a permanent role for the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and results orientated person who is able to meet most of the following criteria:

• Trade Background and/or at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
  
• Manufacturing experience.
  
• Management experience
  
• Safety experience.
  
  Duties include, but are not limited to:
  
• Overseeing all aspects of production/maintenance.
  
• Assist in production planning.
  
• Contractor management.
  
• Toolbox talks.
  
• Parts ordering
  
• Staff management
  
• Quality checks
  
• Work within budget
  
  It is essential that you have a current drivers licence and be able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
  
  This position is afternoon shift, working from 2:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday. Day shift roles may be on offer, so please don’t hesitate in applying if you are only looking for day shift.
