Rental Advocate- Tenancy

Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a ‘Tenancy Advocate’ for our Ipswich based client.

This role is full time permanent, with a competitive salary available for the right candidate.

This position is to advocate for and provide advice and information to tenants under the Queensland Rental Laws.

This position would suit property managers, or real estate people with experience in the tenancy field. Our client is prepared to put the training into their new staff member.

Duties include:

• Assist tenants to access dispute resolution and complaints processes.
  
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve outcomes.
  
• Assist people at risk of homelessness.
  
• Follow policy and procedural guidelines relating to operational and program matters.
