Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Site Manager for our client based in Sydney.

We are seeking the applications of a Site Manager for our clients Panel Tank Installation team.

Our client specialises in design, installation, and maintenance of high-quality panel water storage tanks across various industries.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation of metal storage tanks from start to finish.
  
• Oversee and coordinate on-site work.
  
• Ensure that installation work complies with safety regulations and project specifications.
  
• Provide leadership, support and training to the installation team,
  
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
  
• Manage and complete site documentation, including safety protocols and installation reports.
  
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions.
  
  About you:
  
• Proven experience in managing and leading installation teams.
  
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, plant and installation processes.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  
• High attention to detail.
  
• Valid drivers licence and the willingness to travel between job sites as required.
  
  Ideal qualifications:
  
• EWP Licence.
  
• White Card
  
• Confined space ticket.
  
• Working at heights certification.
