Maintenance Fitter

Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Maintenance Fitter for our client based in Beenleigh.

This role is for a month to commence, but has the possibility of extension until January 2025.

The hours are Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 2:30pm, and Friday 6:00am to 12:00pm.

Duties include:

• Implement and follow preventative maintenance tasks.
• Machining parts.
• Assist the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Supervisor on new projects, plant and related equipment.
• Ensure execution of maintenance plan.
• Prompt repair of breakdowns
• Timely troubleshooting and correction of roll formers and product faults, working in conjunction with the production department and site management team.
• Other small jobs that varies from time to time like painting, cleaning, and store management.
