Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a ‘Maintenance/Facilities Officer’ for our Ipswich based client.

This role is ongoing, working Monday to Friday with a payrate of $33.06.

As a facilities officer you will undertake grounds maintenance and improvements across site and ensure a clean, safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for all contractors/visitors on site.
  • Undertake a range of cleaning tasks including floors (vacuuming, shampooing, sweeping, mopping), wiping all furniture, fixtures, fittings and equipment, emptying and cleaning all waste paper baskets, cleaning urinals and washroom facilities and restocking consumables, cleaning kitchen facilities and securing and storing cleaning materials.
  • Maintain grounds machinery and equipment.
  • This position is ongoing, working for a reputable Ipswich based organisation.
